My training is unique...
I am the only teacher in Bend trained by The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado; a world renowned, rigorous school committed to the original work and philosophy of Joseph Pilates. The year long, 950 hour training established in me a comprehensive and substantial knowlegde of the Pilates method.
I approach Pilates as means to total body health. I teach each lesson systematically so that concepts build within the workout as well as from previous lessons. With consistant practice you will be pleased to find that you have gained body concepts and awareness that become pervasive in all aspects of your life. You will feel better and live better.

Epicenter Pilates is the cumulation of all my experiences. I am proud to share my knowledge and enthusiasm of Pilates and life in Bend with you. I look forward to establishing a lasting relationship to help you learn, explore, and build a solid Pilates practice.
